Absolutely recommend Drew and his crew. Called out this morning with an urgent block and he was able to come by and help out right away. Knows his stuff and definitely taught us a few things we needed to know about our septic system. We'll definitely be calling him again for maintenance and work! We had a septic emergency and Drew managed to fit us in for an urgent pumpout on the same day while returning from another job, so that we could keep our water running!

After that, Drew and his lads carried out some much needed maintenance and repair on the system. The quote was reasonable, and the guys were tidy, prompt and polite. Drew even knocked a chunk off the emergency bill in light of the follow-on maintenance work, which I thought was very gracious.

Basement flooded end of February; suspected it was my perimeter drains. After calling a few places who were either a few weeks out or charging an exorbitant amount of money just to assess, I called Drew at Peninsula Sewer. He was a straight shooter and came out on his own time that day and met me to walk around my place. The recommendation was an entire perimeter drain replacement, but was willing to work with me for a partial replacement. Unfortunately, rest of my drains were in terrible shape (broken, missing pieces etc.) so I went with full replacement. Drew's team was unbelievable! They finished in 5 days. Yes, 5 days! His guys worked non-stop and made sure the drains were finished in time before another torrential downpour. Drew and his team are all fantastic. Easy to communicate with, polite, and fast. We used SPS&D for our septic pump-out at our previous home. We were very happy with how quickly they came to do the work, not only did they do the work fast, they found a problem with a sensor and sent someone back same day to fix it. So when we moved into a new house that needed a whole new septic system and a drain tile, we knew who to call.

Drew is personable and generous with his time, he is informative and can think outside the box in complex problem that need solving. Our septic system works perfect and was completed fast. A member of the team (Brian) took a lot of time with us to plan out the location of the field where we would be happy with it, we really appreciated that. Our drain tile was complex, being on a flood plain, Drew made sure to come back and help us when some stuff went haywire with all the rain this year.

All in all, the Saanich Peninsula Sewer and Drain team are efficient, responsive, and just generally likeable dudes (which is really nice as a home owner calling for help).

David here, what a service and a Saturday , above and beyond Saturday morning and even a call to return on a Saturday night at 9pm , amazing service and to help out with a clogged line to septic tank, 1to 10 scale I give them a 20 stars, try them out you will not be disappointed trust my family on that.

Drew is such a nice and professional guy. He lent us his pump to help keep water out of our crawl space while we figured out our plan of action. He will be the first one I call on if I ever have issues in the future.
